Lift up your face with a homemade pack that suits your skin type or simply apply ice to feel good about yourself for the rest of the day.

Mix up a nice salad or a fruit bowl or a refreshing smoothie and pack your system with those essential vitamins and minerals.
#4 PLAN YOUR DAY
Take 15 minutes in the morning to plan your day and chores and get more organised. I strongly advise using a notepad and a pen for the same.
Read 10 pages of a motivational book that inspires you. Do not start your day with gadgets. A bad bad habit!

If you believe in it, a short morning meditation routine can be quite relaxing too.
Give your muscles a warm up before making them work hard through the day. You keep them happy, they’ll keep you happy.

Practice a morning ritual such as drinking warm water or oil pulling to detox yourself first thing in the morning. Great to build up your immunity.
