FOOD AND RECIPES,  LIFESTYLE

Are you choosing the right combination of ingredients for your healthy smoothies? Presenting a cooking workshop to decode righteous cooking!

“I often come across people who are making healthy smoothies from randomly picked up recipes across the internet. Little do they realise that food is science. Each ingredient that we put together works differently for our body and mixing random ingredients may often cause more harm than good to our health.” –  Shanu

Dear readers,

Our health is indeed a clear reflection of our food habits. Being a mother, I have gradually realised the importance of nutrition and how good food choices can make a drastic difference in our and our family’s health.
