Our health is indeed a clear reflection of our food habits. Being a mother, I have gradually realised the importance of nutrition and how good food choices can make a drastic difference in our and our family’s health.
So, today we introduce you to Shanu,
an accomplished chef
holder of certified courses in healthy cooking
with experience of5 years in conducting cooking classes
and someone who strongly believes in sharing her valuable knowledge with the society. “For me it’s a social cause”, she says proudly. Her consensus is that appropriate food combinations and sequencing is one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to be free from many ailments like bloating, restlessness, hunger pangs et al.
