7ven Shooter Salad
2.Imli Sounth Chutney -2tbsp
3.Pudina Chutney – 2tbsp
4.Peanuts – few
5.Veg.Mayonnaise -2tbsp or Fresh malai
6.Brown Bread -2 Slices
7. Salad Dressing (hung curd, olive oil, salt, lemon, black pepper) – 2tbsp
8.Oats or Flakes-Few
9.Paneer Grated-50 gms
11.Green Capsicum -1 Chopped
12.Cucumber,Tomato,Onion-1 Katori ( Chopped)
13.Pudina leaves for Decoration
14.Curry leaves – Few
In a fry pan add oil followed by rai. When it crackles, add curry leaves. Stir and add onions and capsicum. Saute for a minute and then add crushed dhokla. Mix it well and switch off the gas.
Arrange the ingredients in layers as follows –
Dhokla, Imli chutney, salad (chopped cucumber, tomato, onion with salad dressing), bread, mayonnaise, Dhokla again, Pudina chutney, paneer and peanuts.
You can use a mould or arrange the layers as above and serve in glasses. At the time of serving add Oats or Flakes. Serve Chilled!
